Return Eligibility Requirements
Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Any and All items must be returned or exchanged within 15 business days.
- Returns will be refunded in store credit. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning merchandise.The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
- Exchanges-buyer is responsible for the return shipping of the item or items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke free, pet free, stain free, deodorant, make-up and damage free with original tags attached . Shoes must also be returned in original box.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be authorized, within 10 working days.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- We do not guarantee the stock of any item.
*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.
We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted
- If you feel you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items:
- Intimates (i.e. Bralettes)
- Any items marked as sale are final
- All Swimwear
- Gift cards
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages delivered by carriers.
