We hope that you love all your purchases from Honeysuckle Rose. However, we
understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. ​

All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. ​
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are UPS and FedEx. We do NOT accept packages from USPS​.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to​
Honeysuckle Rose Boutique, 242 E Jefferson St, Van Alstyne, TX 75495​.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all your information and order number on it. ​

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. ​

Items purchased during a sale, with a discount code, or marked down are FINAL SALE. ​
All sezzle orders are FINAL SALE. Honeysuckle Rose pays a service fee on all sezzle orders, making them all FINAL SALE.
No Returns or Exchanges on the following items: Accessories, swimwear, bralettes, bandeaus, Reign Lashes, Desert Bronze, Tyler Candle Company, hats, and sezzle orders.
​In the case of a returned item that is past the 14 day return period or is not eligible for return are void and will not receive store credit.


Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. ​The tag must remain on the product for the item to eligible for exchange or return.
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. ​
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shophoneysuckleroseboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any
damage. ​

Exchanges: All exchanges are accepted up to 14 days of delivery. If you wish to
exchange an item for a different size, please note on your packing slip what size you are wanting to exchange. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit.

We will invoice your shipping fee through your provided email address.
Shipping: Honeysuckle Rose is not responsible for any lost, tampered, or damaged packages. Any damaged packages will be refused at delivery.

After an order has been placed we are unable to modify or cancel the order. No exceptions.

We do not ship to Van Alstyne, Texas. We will do delivery upon request or in store pick-up.
